You’ve seen the picture, you’ve read the headline and you just want to know what on earth are inside these ‘BITE SIZE ENERGY’ balls??
HOW TO MAKE THEM
NOTE: Main notes to take are that the goji berries were soaked in hot water first to allow them to puff – you don’t have to do this.
Also the dates are blended first then taken out so the ‘dry’ ingredients can be blended.
Not all the balls have the same ingredients. I like to do my first mix then roll half of it, then add a few more different ingredients like adding the protein powder or lemon rind giving it another blend and rolling further balls. *All of them include Goji, Dates and Almonds in this picture.
Blend the ingredients as much or as little as you like, there’s no rules, they’re your balls!
Other ingredients I can ad sometimes are;
the list of ingredients really is up to you, keep it simple or add an interesting mix and finish them off rolled in the sweetest ingredients e.g hot chocolate powder or desiccated coconut.
Most importantly enjoy making them, sharing them and eating them!
